Allen has a welcoming neighborhood feel, with room for family activities, outdoor recreation, and an active everyday life. When spine or joint pain interrupts those routines, understanding the cause is a useful first step.

Regen Experts welcomes Allen patients at our Plano and Dallas offices. Dr. Westergaard reviews symptoms, examination, imaging, and prior treatment before discussing PRP or bone marrow concentrate for selected conditions. Evidence, risks, recovery, and results vary.

A thoughtful evaluation before your next step

Your MRI is part of the story. Your symptoms, examination, movement, treatment history, and goals help Dr. Westergaard understand what may be driving your pain.

She is double board-certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine, with residency training at UT Southwestern and fellowship training at Texas Tech. Her approach reflects thirty plus years of image-guided procedures and a commitment to treating the patient, not just the picture.

An evaluation may address knee, hip, shoulder, back, tendon, or ligament concerns. If PRP or bone marrow concentrate is appropriate, she will discuss the evidence, potential benefits, risks, alternatives, and recovery expectations. Explore our treatment options and Patient Stories. Individual results vary; patient experiences do not predict your outcome.
